The Pathfinder Digital Scholarship is paving the way for the next generation of digital innovators. Powered by the Malta Digital Innovation Authority (MDIA), this programme has already helped over 60 students advance their careers in cutting-edge fields like Artificial Intelligence, Digital Trust, and Data Analysis.
Pathfinder scholars receive substantial financial backing to support their research. Master’s students are eligible for up to €10,000, while PhD candidates can receive up to €20,000. The scholarship package includes 80% of tuition fees, 100% of bench fees, and an annual allowance of €3,600.
A great example of the programme’s impact is Benjamin Joseph Spiteri, a Pathfinder scholar whose AI chatbot, DAVE, is helping primary students boost their math scores. For his groundbreaking work, Benjamin was recently honored with the “FreeHour Youth Award for Tech and Science Excellence.”
If you’re ready to join Malta’s digital success story, don’t miss out. The deadline to apply is 15th August.
